Luxe Custom Craft offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Luxe Custom Craft will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of Luxe Custom Craft. However, we try to make you get the biggest benefit while buying from us.
Luxe Custom Craft’s products include a 24 month warranty, but inappropriate use will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty products will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Luxe Custom Craft and the purchaser.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds as all our products are made to order. Although this allows you the freedom to design each product and artwork to your liking, it also limits us in our freedom to accept returns. If you change your mind or request a different product, we will be unable to fulfill your request.

We have only one wood workplace in Saigon, all our products are made there. So we ship our product from Saigon to the world.
