What if my payment has failed?

An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders – once you’ve successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.

Why does my order status show ‘Payment Pending’?

Typically, the ‘Payment Pending’ status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, if payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.

What if I am unable to reattempt payment or didn’t get a payment failure email?

Please avoid re-creating your order to prevent duplication! Get in touch with our Customer Service Team via email: luxecustomcraft@gmail.com with subject ‘Payment Pending’ and we’ll send you a link for another attempt at payment!

Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?

Our Customer Service Team can help to verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please reach out to us via email: luxecustomcraft@gmail.com with the subject ‘Order Whereabouts’ as the concern.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we’re not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or changes in quantities for your beauty haul. As Luxe Custom Craft is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to the incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!

How can I track my order?

After ordering, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. And you will receive your tracking number(s) when it is available.

My order is Preparing to Ship/ In Transit, what does that mean?

Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left Luxe Custom Craft’s house! At this stage, you’ll receive an email update from us that will contain a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please give us about 72 hours for your tracking to be live.

What are your delivery options and how long is shipping?

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 4-7 business days upon receipt of payment and amount of products in the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Because sometimes we progress through tough times. Besides, some delays may occur due to understaffing in the manufacturing facility and understaffing related to the shipping couriers, based in your country.

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Luxe Custom Craft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs (so, you almost never encounter added costs).
